Kevin Reiners

CFO

Kevin Reiners is an industry professional with diverse experiences in Federal and Commercial markets, large and small companies, and in strategic, operational and tactical leadership capacities.  Kevin was President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for SM&A, a mid-sized consultancy.  During his tenure at SM&A, unprecedented top and bottom line growth was achieved from organic and acquisition based initiatives.  Prior to SM&A Kevin spend over 20 years at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company (LMSSC).  Kevin held positions while at Lockheed including Vice President of Finance, Program Manager, Company Controller, and Business Director among others. 

Kevin is a Finance professional and after leaving SM&A in 2013 has been working with various companies on overall strategies and growth alternatives, one company of which was ClearPlan.  Kevin has deep experience in Program Management including Program Planning and Earned Value Management.

Kevin joined ClearPlan in November of 2022 as CFO.  Kevin holds a degree in Business Administration – Finance from San Diego State University and has gained academic credentials from the MIT Business School Corporation Program.  Kevin resides in San Jose California.
